SMALL GAME HUNT IN NAGYKUN

The Karcag Hunting Area is a traditional hunting paradise in the Hungarian Great Plain. The history of the area dates back to 1874 when the Karcag Nagykun Hunting Society was founded. Situated east of the Tisza River, in the heart of Nagykunság, the area possesses the charm and richness of the lowland landscape. Karcag, the center of the region, is located 180 km east of Budapest, 60 km from Szolnok, and 60 km west of Debrecen. The hunting society manages approximately 26,000 hectares of hunting grounds, home to the typical small game species of the lowland.
