Detailed description of the project content:

The project aims to provide TREFFA Ltd. with the necessary equipment for wood processing, which will significantly contribute to increasing the added value of wood products and thus the productivity, profitability, stability and growth potential of the company.  The implementation of the project will enable the company to process the harvested acacia wood, which has been sold to domestic processors or plants without being processed, and sell it for final or further use with a higher added value. The remaining firewood, which has been sold to the public in the form of metres of firewood, is sold to the public in the form of chipped, split firewood, fully prepared for firing. Processing requires a precise splitting machine to produce split wood in several fractions. To this end, the company will purchase 1 Krpan CV18E upright splitter with extension and auxiliary lifting table and 4 knives. A front-end loader is required for the handling and loading of timber and finished timber within the site, for which 1 Force 915 lux skid-steer loader is purchased. Acacia is one of the best woods for outdoor use due to its unique and specific properties, as it is the most durable of all woods: outdoors it has a lifespan of about 80 years, in water about 500 years, and permanently dry about 1500 years. The equipment can be used to produce wood pulp in different fractions according to the needs of the particular application, mainly for outdoor use: processed timber cut to size, industrial wood processed from 2 to 3 m wood pulp for a wide variety of purposes and uses: e.g. agricultural timber, avalanche barriers, waterways, highways, noise barriers, fences, playgrounds, outdoor paving, vehicle construction, shipbuilding.

The new CRM comfort system that will be implemented will provide enhanced services. It will organise customer data (by game species, destination, hunting type). We will introduce multi-level search and thus be able to serve our customers' requests in a more targeted way and faster. With the help of the document management module, offers, contracts with hunting areas and hunting guests will be collected in a common folder, tagged and made searchable. The newly created website will be ranked higher in Google search engines through online search engine optimisation (SEO), ensuring easier findability. The new website will be clearer and more user-friendly than its competitors. We plan to provide the hardware part of the modern IT background by purchasing a multifunctional device and a computer configuration.

For more than 5 years Treffa Ltd. has been organizing hunting trips as part of its tourist activity. The aim of the project is to make it possible to organise hunting trips via electronic system, which was previously done by mail and telephone.

In addition, the new system will also enable people looking for hunting to find the most suitable hunting trips quickly and accurately, using the search system and the current offers.

The company portal allows, among other things, the management of the customer database, the management of sales processes, data reception and online quotation processes, which will greatly facilitate the company's work.

The website also allows editing of current news, publishing of documents and downloading of documents. The implementation of the project will increase work efficiency, reduce overheads and improve the effectiveness of operations.
