ROE DEER HUNT IN ZSELIC

This hunting association is one of the oldest in the Somogy district and has been successfully managing wildlife since 1946. Over the past decades, the hunting grounds have evolved into a high-quality big game area, a fact consistently affirmed by guest hunters. The main game species in the area are red deer, roe deer, and wild boar. A small population of mouflons and fallow deer further enriches the wildlife. Group hunts and individual hunts for pheasant, hare, and wild duck are available to the members. Annually, the hunting members and guests harvest 80-85 red deer, 80-85 roe deer, 240-260 wild boars, 2-3 mouflons, and 3-5 fallow deer
