The impressive hunting grounds of Bakonyszentlászló grace the Balaton Uplands, providing a diverse home for red deer, roe deer, mouflon, fallow deer, and wild boar. Through the establishment of game plots, wildlife management plays a significant role by aiming to minimize agricultural damage caused by wild animals and keep them away from cultivated areas. Furthermore, the wildlife population is adjusted for the upcoming winter season. A crucial third aspect involves the continuous monitoring of the quality and quantity of the wildlife population in the area, which is managed by the forestry administration.
