FALLOW DEER HUNT IN KASZÓ

The hunting area is located in Somogy County, south of the city of Nagykanizsa, near the town of Csurgó. The contiguous forest area of 15,000 hectares, managed by Kaszó Forestry, and the adjacent predominantly agricultural area of about 7,000 hectares form the habitat for one of the best wildlife populations in the region. Preserving and properly managing this population is one of the main tasks of the forestry. This is supported by game fields, carefully maintained clearings, hunting paths, and other hunting facilities that, combined with the expertise of the staff, ensure the success of wildlife management.
